I have some white wooden blinds, and the slats are getting a bit grubby even though I dust them. They look like the could all do with a little wash. It would take ages to do each slat by hand and wondered, if I should take them down and wash them gently in the bath , with some mild soap ?

What looks & functins better ladder tapes or ladder strings?
I’m trying to decide on which one, such a simply thing i know but not cheap!!

Just had white wooden venetian blinds fitted but I hate them! want the natural wood look – Can i get natural wood stain or varnish type products to change the colour? (Yes I realise I have a very slow and messy task ahead – but I paid an arm and a leg for these blinds and have no other choice!)
