How much would you pay if you hired a cleaning service that did all of the following:
Kitchen:
-wipe down counters
-clean out sink
-wipe down stove, fridge, and dishwasher
-wipe inside & out of microwave
-sweep & mop floors
-dust everything
-clean hood vent
-polish wood cabinets
-polish chrome
Bathrooms:
-sinks cleaned
-mirrors cleaned
-toilets cleaned & disinfected
-bath tub’s/showers scrubbed
-shower doors cleaned
-light fixtures dusted
-counter tops wiped down
-cabinets polished
-chrome polished
Bedrooms & living room:
-dust everything
-vacuum floors
-dust blinds
-clean window sills
-wood surfaces polished
All Rooms:
Dusted,Sweep & mop,Vacuumed,Windex Windows (inside), All baseboards dusted, light switches wiped off, Window Sills Cleaned
How much would you pay them or how much would you charge to do all of it?
Wow! That is way more than I charge. Most people in my area who offer cleaning service don’t even do that much stuff and charge a lot more. for a 3bd/2ba to do all that I only charge .00. Should I be charging more?
*That is for 2 people doing the cleaning

The price will very depending on where you live. Call around and find out what others in your area are charging. If your looking for more work undercut their price by 10%.
BTW: there’s no law against charing people who own a $500,000 home $200 and charging the widow lady down the block $50, for the same service.
That is considered baseline cleaning and cost $250 for the whole cleaning of three rooms and a bath room

I paid $160 for the same service in south Florida on a 1600 sq. ft. home about 4 years ago…..baseline cleaning. Then it was $90 for maintenance every two weeks.
hi..i clean for a living (ontario) and i charge $12 an hour for basically what u said ~ dusting and vacuuming, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms, and mopping floors. most 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes take me 5 hours to clean so i make $60 (mostly biweekly customers) they are happy and so am i. hope this helps!
